Fashion Week is over. Everyone has new fashion inspiration and fashion week really made me enthusiastic to update my blog a lot more often. 

Well Thursday I went to Amsterdam because of Fashion Week. My very good friend and I wanted to visit Fashion Week downtown, but, lazy asses as we are, we went for a two hour lunch. After that we went outside but it was raining like hell so our hair was all fuzzy and we went to her place to fix ourselves up. She got a really cute place, very vintage looking, as you can see on the image.

After we tried to look good we went to Fashion Week to see the show of Furansu and Nieuw Jurk, young Dutch Designers. I tried to make some pictures during the show, but I failed big time because of my poor photography and the lights.

Anyway, this was my outfit. I tried to wear something a bit comfortable and warm, because I had to work after the show. What do you think?

Next weekend I will host my second Swap Party. It's more like a clothing exchange, but it's really fun. Friends, fashion and bubbles, what is a better way to spend your sunday? 

Fashion fair: Modefabriek 2012

Hi guys! What a week. Modefabriek, Fashion Week and just regular work. I saw a lot of clothing, brands and people. This post will be about the Dutch fashion fair Modefabriek, because that was the first thing I did this week. 


Together with a colleague I went to the fair to spot some new trends, beautiful brands and fashionable people. I really loved the collection of Josh V and the new brand Glamorous. Sequins were leading, my favorites. 
Later on some more posts will follow, because I went to the catwalkshow of Furansu and I worked backstage at the show of Spijkers & Spijkers. But now I have to get ready for a birthday party of a friend. Have a nice evening!

A thing for black

Like many women I got a thing for shoes, especially black ones. These pairs I've bought in the last six weeks. You can never have too many shoes right?

Bubbels & Sequins: New Year's Eve

The last day of the year and I finally felt better. Thank god, missing NYE would be like hell, well almost. Before midnight a few of my close friends and I stayed at my place. I had the greatest evening. After midnight we went partying with some more people and lots of champagne. 

I have a huge weakness for sequins, so when I saw this cute jacket at the Mango store, I immediately stopped thinking and bought the jacket.

Anyway, I know it's way too late to wish you a Happy New Year, but I really hope you guys will rock 2012. Forget about all the bad stuff that happened in 2011 and recap all the good memories.
